The ribbon amounts vary because of ribbon length. If you have lots of champions and reserves I need less of a ribbon count, as those streamers are generally longer. Be aware of your streamer colors. Some ribbons have white center streamers. Remember that these will be used as WHITE! I will use the side pieces with other blues but the printed “memory” piece will be used with other whites. The more ribbons you send the more I can just use the center streamer which has all the printing. The fewer you send the less writing you will see. Either way is fine and workable but I suggest you send as many as you can and let me play with them. As I have mentioned, I send all unused ones back, so your treasures are not lost!

Each quilt is made with tabs for hanging.

The quilts are not backed-they are meant solely for hanging.

Please bag/box separately any ribbons that you want me to be sure to use and I will put them in better spots.

The best contrast is using the top four placings (blue, red, yellow and white). Pink is very hard to use. Green can be used but it really pops out as a strong color, so a little goes a long way. You do not have to have tons of blue-but if you want it to also be the border I need a higher number. If you look at some of the quilt photos you can see examples.

Each quilt takes about two weeks to make, but that can vary depending on what others are ahead of you and what is going on in my ‘real’ life! All quilts are taken in as first come, first serve. I will notify you when your box arrives so that you do not worry about it.
